These draft terms describe the intended conditions for using the Ops&Running Systems website and requesting a digital audit. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
Website and digital audits
Website content and digital audits are provided for general business information. Audit scores and recommendations are indicative assessments, not guarantees of sales, search rankings, leads, revenue, or business outcomes.
Submitting information
You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and not to misuse forms, automated systems, or website features. Submission of an audit request does not create a paid service contract.
Paid services and scope
Website development, maintenance, lead systems, booking tools, automation, and AI services should be governed by a separate written agreement specifying deliverables, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, support, ownership, and termination provisions.
Third-party services
Some solutions depend on external hosting, communications, payment, scheduling, or AI providers. Availability and performance may depend on those providers and on agreed service configurations.
Intellectual property
Content, trademarks, and software are subject to applicable ownership and licensing rights. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned customer deliverables must be defined in the relevant service agreement.
Limitations and changes
We may update website features and informational materials. Any disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, dispute terms, and effective date must be reviewed and approved before these terms become final.
